Vues — Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Welcome to Vues, a social video-sharing and watch-party application ("Vues", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Vues you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. What Vues does

Vues lets you share links to publicly available videos from YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok and other supported platforms, discuss them with other users, and watch YouTube videos together in synchronized watch parties. Embeds are provided by the originating platform via its official public embed players.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the content you post and for keeping your credentials safe. Use a strong, unique password, and review the devices signed in to your account under Profile → Security & data. Accounts are for personal use; do not impersonate others or misrepresent ownership of any account or link. Verified account claims on Vues are proven through public-profile verification methods or official platform authorizations, not through any verification from TikTok, Kick, Twitch or YouTube themselves.

You may sign in with a password or with Google. If you sign in with Google, Google's own terms and privacy policy also apply to that sign-in. Notify the operator promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

When using Vues you agree not to: post illegal content; incite violence or hatred; harass, threaten or bully other users; post sexual content involving minors; share another person's private information without consent; impersonate any person or organisation; infringe intellectual-property rights; interfere with the service's operation; scrape or redistribute data obtained from third-party platform APIs in violation of those platforms' terms; or misuse third-party platform content beyond what those platforms' own terms allow.

You can report content or accounts and block other users from the app. The operator may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts that break these rules. Reports are reviewed by a human; automated filters may hide obvious abuse in the meantime.

4. Third-party platforms

Vues relies on the public APIs and embed players of third-party platforms (Google/YouTube, Amazon/Twitch, Kick, TikTok). Those platforms own their content and data. Vues may temporarily degrade or disable a feature when a platform changes or blocks access to its APIs. TikTok user data obtained via TikTok Login Kit is used only in accordance with TikTok's Developer Policy — see our Privacy Policy.

5. Content you post

You retain rights to the text you post, and grant Vues the limited licence needed to store, display and serve that content in the app. You can delete your own posts at any time; deleted content is removed from Vues. Deleting your account removes your profile, posts, comments, messages, follows and sessions, while financial records are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

Vues is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change or disappear. We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
